How to order a replacement bus pass
Call 01799 542818 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your passenger travel details i.e. Passenger Name and Route.
A member of our team will be happy to process your order for you. They will:
- Validate passenger and pass details
- Collect payment over the phone
- On receipt of payment, arrange for your pass to be created and sent to you by post.
You will be issued with a Permission to Travel email, please ensure the passenger has a copy of this Permission to travel email with them for all journeys until they receive their new pass.
Passengers must have a valid bus pass at all times in order to travel.
A valid pass is required on all journeys. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that their pass is not damaged and in good repair. The driver is required to check passes on each route, to ensure a valid route, passenger name and time period. Please ensure passes are stored within the protective wallet provided.
